heavy duty jack next day i bought a second jack for another trailer i have fast shipping a few reviewers of other models said they had to press in bearings mine were already installed
I am reviewing the X0500 Black Edition Trailer Jack. My experience is as follows: Before I purchased the trailer jack, Mr. Saunders provided me with all the information requested (geat customer service). The shipment arrived as scheduled. All the parts arrived with the package. The trailer jack was easy to put together. Installing the jack on my utility trailer was simple as their is multiple configurations. I love that I can move my utility trailer by hand fast and easy. I am currenlty looking to weld a trailer jack mounting plate onto my trailer so that I can mount the trailer jack onto mounting plate. Overall, this is a great product, very solid and well made.
Great product should last a long time.
I don’t want to be that person, but I did receive the box, opened it, assembled and all was good. Until I retracted to stow away and couldn’t figure out why the wheel would spin freely. The pin was broke off. So, I had to take to a machine shop/fab shop and they ground the small weld down, applied a new 5/16” x about 7/8” pin, weld in place and paint. I reached out via phone and email but no reply. Things happen, but timing was crucial before a trip. Worked out after all. Pictures show end results.
The XO500 is not as stable as I had hoped. Very expensive purchase for an item that you can’t return for an upgrade to a stronger jack. I would have liked to of gone with the 750, but I was told they won’t exchange an item that has been on my trailer for less than 1 day.
Disappointed with the company policy and communication for a product of this price.
