I had to replace my Ark 500 with the same because I ruined the original...being a DA. Anyway, its a trailer Jack. Nothing more, nothing less. Honestly, If I could have found a less expensive one that would fit my 6" Dweller camping trailer frame, I would have bought it. It is still a good jack.
As the review title states this is an awesome product. My buddy had the 750 and I bought the 500 because I didn't need all that load capability. Only gripe I have with the 500 is the lever to fold the wheel up is plastic and I expected it to be metal as is on my buddies 750. Seems like for an overbuild product like this they really could have went with a metal handle on this one part to ensure durability. The location and side I had to mount my jack puts this plastic arm facing the ground when the leg is folded up. A direct hit from anything on the trail and I'm scared this lever will be gone for certain. Hasn't happened yet** lol. Guess time will tell...
This product is easily the very best. It arrived quickly, and was exactly as advertised. It was easy to install and I am currently using it on a 14 day excursion in Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, including Tennessee and Kentucky on the way home. Highly recommend this product.
