Trailer Jack 8" Spare Wheel

Ordered incorrect wheel size for my jack. Customer service took a long time to respond, wouldn’t pay return shipping which is understandable and I paid. Only refunded me half the original cost for unused wheels. WTF? Is that because I opened the plastic bag the wheels came in? Didn’t use or mount the wheels and were in absolute perfect unused unblemished condition. Pretty much a nasty experience. Too bad as they make a good product. Won’t be using them again.

Items received in good condition, fit right on the Opus jack without any problem.
