After all said and done - $80 for a metal mounting plate with no hardware. The description didn't say that a separate u-channel kit was necessary to actually mount the thing. After going out to install it I realized it didn't come with hardware. Had to order the U-channel kit - another $50 all said and done - $130 bucks for a 2nd tube mount is excessive. The plate should come with the U-channel kit.
