Installed on MDC 2026 XT16HR ISLAND Off-Grid Extreme. The rear stabilizers will no fold up to the front of the trailer. The rock guard on the trailer is in the way.

The product is very good. Your customer service isn’t. Called and left a message with your US office. Sent an email to your site. Still no response. Rating your customer service would be zero stars.

Bought these to replace the standard Ark corner steadies on my offraod caravan. They don’t bolt right up to the old brackets. The welding slag on the screw mechanism box was so sloppy (not ground flush at all that I had to grind down the front edge of the existing brackets .25”. Which is a lot considering they are .25” steal and there are four. They are also longer than the standard ones by about 1/2”, so one won’t retract because it impacts my slider. Ever so slightly. They also come with m-8 bolts where the standard come with m-10. All the hardware is 8.8 which I swapped for 10.9. They could have done that at the cost of a whole additional $3. The product itself seems very sturdy and well-made, aside from the unfinished welds.

I recently bought the corner xo steadies and I bought the all large ones. I assumed they would all work the same way. It was a mistake should have gotten 2 small and 2 large. The return policy is great but you lose the delivery fee which is not part of the originally price. The product is great and I would recommend it. I think it is top notch and built tough. Just be careful and size then correctly.
